It’s the final countdown!

It's the final countdown to apply for a San Diego Education Fund scholarship for the 2025-26 academic year. If you or someone you know is eligible to apply, do it now. The application period closes at 5 p.m. Monday, March 24.

A San Diego Education Fund scholarship is renewable and can cover fees from the first day of college through graduation, totaling up to $17,500.

In addition to funding, our program offers participants unique access to mentoring, networking, peer support and group events.

Applicants must be enrolled as San Diego Unified School District seniors and meet income eligibility requirements.

We offer two kinds of scholarships, one for aspiring teachers and another for future STEM professionals.

Since 2000, San Diego Education Fund has invested nearly $4 million to support the college educations of low-income, ethnically-diverse students.

Many San Diego Education Fund scholars are the first in their families to attend college.
